International collaboration helps to broaden sustainability visions
International multidisciplinary collaboration holds the potential to deepen our understanding of the constraints and enablers that drive sustainability in universities. Drawing from the concept of practice architectures which shape our thinking and influence our actions, we reflect on the benefits of international collaboration as universities try to solve complex sustainability challenges. We delve into an international crowdsourcing process on sustainability in education, conducted in the context of a European research project to explore how international collaboration can broaden our perspectives on sustainability by bringing diverse contexts and practice architectures to the forefront.
