Quality Assurance for Qualification Recognition: Supporting Flexible and Inclusive Learning Pathways
This paper tries to shed some light on the main features of quality assurance in higher education, with a view to better understanding the foundation upon which trust in international qualifications can be built, and recognition of qualifications granted, in a fast-changing higher education and regulatory landscape. It makes suggestions about how quality assurance and qualification recognition practice could be reviewed to support the fuller implementation of the Global Convention.
