EUA recommendations

Russia’s war against Ukraine continues, and, to date, its further course and duration are uncertain. In this context, support for Ukrainian higher education and research must shift from emergency relief to more sustainable and longterm support measures. Based on the work of its Ukraine Task Force and consultations with its members and partners, the European University Association (EUA) has developed recommendations addressing governments, donors, universities and other research-intensive higher education institutions and organisations. They do not intend to prescribe certain actions, but to enhance collaboration and dialogue on how to better advance together.
