This paper focuses on mobility and the impact of the Erasmus experience on students, in terms of both their personal life and employability. We present the results of a qualitative study among Greek, University of Patras students and graduates. Our findings suggest that mobility confirms students’ readiness and potential to continue their studies and/or work abroad, as well as helps them develop all the necessary skills for the same purpose. Mobility is treated as a holistic life experience that can release and broaden their true potential.​
